God-orchestrated courage produced the Declaration of Independence – it is producing New Awakening

People all over the world are rediscovering many of the realities of the long chain of events that precipitated the unanimous declaration of some of the bravest honorable men who ever lived.

When those 56 very somber leaders of the American colonists gathered together in Philadelphia to sign the document they had crafted, the extreme hardship of revolution that they faced could only have been sustained because of the deep conviction and confidence they had in their Creator whom they often referred to as “Providence.” 

Over the course of their relatively young lives, their experience of dependency on their Creator reflected the profound knowledge that they had of the Bible and the principles of the God who is “at work in you, both to will and to do of His good pleasure.” They intimately relied on the Sovereign of the Universe who “works all things according to the counsel of His own will (Eph 1:11),” and “works all things together for good to those who love God and …are called according to His purpose (Ro 8:28).”

As we review the preamble to that declaration, perhaps we can refresh our own need to make a renewed declaration of commitment to God’s purposes in the unfolding story of God’s development of this generation’s determination – determination to be a people – indeed, a family and community – whose God is the Lord.

Ask the Beasts and Learn about God

Have you sometimes wondered how you could engage someone in a conversation that could help them personally think about their relationship with their Creator?

Since 1975, (50 years) I’ve taught many seminars on the Biblical theme of my book, Unlocking the Mysteries of Creation.  It began as a Bible college course I created for the Canadian Bible College that I attended. That’s where I met the woman, prepared by the Lord to be my life-partner.

Since 2010, I’ve hosted a weekly Radio show and podcast broadcast in Sacramento, CA called RECLAIMING YOUR LEGACY.  You can hear and read all the content for past episodes at ReclaimYourLegacy.com.

Several psalms in the Bible encourage God’s people to look to God’s creation as a catalyst to bringing our praises to our Creator. Psalm 148:7-13 is one of those passages.

The Lies We Must Battle with Modern Day Mind Control

In today’s upside-down world it has become more obvious, even to people with relatively low levels of common sense, that we all need spiritual discernment to sort through society’s battle field, filled with land mines of deception.

As a young adult believer, I remember discovering some shocking truths in the Bible. The only reason they were shocking is because I somehow grew up assuming the older good people around me operated according to what’s true. After all, who but the depraved scoundrels of the world could possibly believe in lies?

This was the point where God’s Spirit made one Bible verse particularly impactful on how I began to think about things. It’s a familiar passage in Romans 12.

Nations are shaking as God is calling people to Move Mountains

It’s becoming increasingly apparent to even low-information voters in America that there is a spiritual – God originated – agenda behind the awakening recovery of righteousness in America. 

The public acknowledgement of God’s saving intervention in the preservation Donald Trump’s life, followed by his astonishing landslide re-election to the office of the most influential position in the world, has had a huge public impact on at least the mental recognition that God is at work. Some other nations are experiencing fearless and godly voices arising to prominence in them … and that’s getting a lot attention as well.

If Trump Dared to Protect Persecuted Christians around the World

Christian people are so busy doing whatever their immediate circumstances demand that they rarely take time to learn about the horrific tragedies that are happening to their fellow believers in many countries of the world. If most of us even take the time to pray about it, we hardly would think that there’s anything much we can do about it, besides giving money to help missionaries who are called to ‘disciple the nations.’  But if you stay with me today, you’re going to hear what could be one of the most world-changing possibilities that’s more realistic than we would ever have believed just a few months ago.

The whole world witnessed in the four years from 2020 to 2024, what some would say was the most tyrannical suppression of freedom in human history.  Would you say that Almighty God has been using the horrible outcomes of recent times to awaken His people to prayer and action that is resulting in some pretty amazing changes in the affairs of whole nations?

Doesn’t everyone deserve to know the cause and the cure for what ails them?

The Epidemic of tragic symptoms happening everywhere is now proven to link to mass poisoning by injection.

You don’t have to be a Christian to have natural human empathy and the desire to protect or care for friends and loved ones who are in danger because of something of which they were unaware was threatening their well-being.  Our challenge today is how to help people break free of the indoctrination and propaganda that they’ve been wholly committed to for most of their lives by institutions and highly educated people that they trusted.

In recent years, we’ve all learned a lot about massive deception, widespread fraud and vast public propaganda regarding health and disease prevention.  One of the many hard-working, medical-freedom-loving, health care professionals who has been sharing his research openly for everyone to benefit is Dr Bryan Ardis. Could the History of America’s Income Tax System suggest a change is coming?

If ever there was a super good reason for every American – especially Christians – to be seriously committed to be active and informed voters in all American elections, the history of America’s income tax must surely be a catalyst for all of us to urge others to be involved.

The discussion about possibly removing the burdensome tax on personal income, should lead us all to pray for God’s will to be done on earth as it is done in heaven… especially in this department of life. Wouldn’t that be something for every American to be seriously thankful to God about?  Imagine if it could really happen in our lifetime?

Well, a little history of our American Income Tax system gives us some perspective.

Gods Light in the Darkness of Medical Deception

We’re going to discover today… some of how God’s Light is exposing the Darkness of Medical Deception in our world.

God uses faithful Truth tellers to deliver His people from harm If they will listen.

A Generation Called to Rebuild the Ancient Paths

When God’s people recognize that the path of the society around them is collapsing, the prophets of the Bible give us an unmistakably clear assignment, if we’re willing to accept it… Be a generation called to rebuild the ancient paths.

The confusion and uncertainty assaulting humanity worldwide today is being identified by many as an all-out strategy of destructive warfare from the Enemy of mankind himself.  So, what is the ‘assignment’ God has for His people in the middle of such alarming chaos?

The 58th chapter of the prophet Isaiah declares clearly, Almighty God’s displeasure with the superficial, self-centered, and hypocritically empty religious rituals of His people. Instead, He desires a deeper and personally more authentic form of worship, defined by distinctive actions. And biblical worship – let’s not miss it – is a sacrificially devoted spiritual life-style, not just a weekly religious exercise. 

When you examine Isaiah 58 .. let God’s Spirit show you where your life can better express what God identifies as “the fast” that He chooses.  That kind of a Messiah-following discipleship is characterized by several features. All of them require some effort and humbly asking God for personal direction.  Remember one of the central themes of the Bible: “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct (or make straight) your paths” (Proverbs 3:6).  Your what?  Your PATHS.

  1. Justice and righteousness is high on His list: Can we do anything to break the chains of injustice? Are there oppressed people whom we can help to free?  Can we remove blame shifting and speaking wickedness? (read Isaiah 58:6-9).
  2. Caring for the vulnerable is naturally a priority with God: Can we find ways to share our food with the hungry?  Can we invite a poor homeless one into our home?  What about clothing those who are truly naked and needy? (read Isaiah 58:7). If we do, He promises “your light will break out like the dawn” (vs 8)… “you will call and the LORD will answer” (vs 9).
  3. Humility and sincerity are traits deserving our daily introspection: We just cannot allow ourselves to use devotional sacrifices like fasting as an excuse to exploit workers, or quarrel with others, or engage in self-righteousness (read Isaiah 58:3-5).
  4. True selfless devotion is assured God’s special turn arounds in your life: Fasting accompanied by “giving yourself” to those in need and “satisfying the desire of the afflicted” will result eventually in “your light rising out of darkness” and “your gloom becoming like midday.” (read Isaiah 58:10).

Passover or Easter – Which is the Correct Celebration?

Solving the Confusion over The Days celebrating Easter and Passover

Sometimes, the celebration dates of Passover and Easter coincide, but sometimes they can be weeks apart. Why is this? If Yeshua died at the time of the Jewish Passover, why does the institutionalized Christian church celebrate his death and resurrection on a different date of the year? How did they get separated?

For many Christians, Easter Sunday is the annual celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ three days after his death. The Gospel writers are very clear that His crucifixion took place at the Jewish observance of Passover. Christians understand the prophetic symbolism of the Passover sacrifice. In fact, Paul writes that “Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed” (1 Corinthians 5:7). How is it then, that this year (2025) Easter, on April 20th, occurs on the last day of the Jewish 8-day Passover celebration, whereas last year it occurred three weeks before Passover?
